To keep any of these off your computer and to delete any that you may have see:

On the above page there are two settings you will want to look at:

The Global Storage Settings. You will probably find some sites there - this an image after the sites were deleted.

Website Storage Center (icon is second from right). Uncheck "Allow thrid-party Flash content to store data on your computer."
